Our friendly little guesthouse is located on Pattaya’s famous Walking Street, right in the middle of the nightlife and entertainment. If you are here to party and have fun you won’t find a better location.

All our rooms have a private bathroom with hot water shower, a double bed, aircon, TV, safe, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. Water and electricity (fair usage policy applies), daily room cleaning, towels, bedding, toiletries and 2 bottles of drinking water is included in the rate.

We try to offer the best value budget accommodation on Walking Street. What we mean by that is that if you want inexpensive accommodation on Walking Street where the room is clean, the bedding and towels are washed properly and where the hot water is working, the aircon is cold and not noisy and the Wi-Fi is reliable and good we might be the place for you.

We are located on Walking Street. Walking Street is a famous party street and this is a busy nightlife area. That means it’s not quiet in the rooms until the clubs close and our rooms are best suited for people who are here to party, not for light sleepers wanting an early night.

Because Walking Street is a party street our minimum guest age is 18. This applies to all guests, even those accompanied by older friends, relatives or parents, and is not negotiable.

We’re a guesthouse / 1 star hotel / budget accommodation and we do not have a swimming pool, we do not have elevators, most of our rooms are quite small, our stairs are relatively steep and narrow and we do not have bell boys so if you have difficulties climbing stairs or carrying your luggage we might not be the ideal place for you.

None of our rooms have sea view. Our superior room front and our standard room front have views over Walking Street. The rest of our rooms have no views.

We do not serve any food and breakfast is not included in the rate. There are hundreds of good restaurants in town and multiple delivery apps you’re welcome to order from if you want something to eat.

Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out until 11.00. The room is yours for the days you book it and extensions of stay are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Early check-in (from 06.00) is free but subject to availability so will depend on what time the previous guests check out. You’re welcome to leave your bags here if the room isn’t ready when you arrive and you want to go out for a bite or something while you wait. If you want to be sure to access the room before 15.00 please book it for the previous night as well and make it a late check-in.

Our reception is open 24 hours so late check-in is always available as is early check-out. Late check-out is not possible as we need to get the room ready for the next guests.

All our rooms are double rooms so if you’re staying alone you’re welcome to bring guests to your room and there is no extra charge. If you’re already 2 people staying in the room we charge 200 baht per guest per night for any additional guests.

For airport pick-up and drop-off we recommend https://pattayacentral.com/. Other options are Bell Travel Service, www.belltravelservice.com, or the 389, www.airportpattayabus.com. We do not offer any transfers or shuttle service.

We allow smoking in all rooms but even if the previous guest was smoking you normally won’t smell it as we don’t have any thick carpets etc. in the rooms that the smell sticks to.

We do not accept reservations without payment and all reservations are non-refundable.
